Payment Terms and Conditions

We have been producing and exporting furniture from Indonesia for over thirty years. Bukit Interiors is a new company name replacing Scures Trading. Our service includes receiving your orders, production, quality control, assisting in local Indonesian freight logistics, and handling all documentation.​

Minimum Order Quantity:

Our minimum order is one 20-foot container. There is no minimum order per item. We primarily manufacture and export furniture and fixtures for retailers, wholesalers, designers, developers, and hospitality or large residential interior projects. We can procure items we do not manufacture for a project (lamps, vases, etc.)

 

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required to start all orders, with the balance due two weeks before shipment.

 

Prices:

International orders are quoted in USD on an FOB to the nearest port, Semarang, Indonesia. This includes packing, inland frieght and container loading. Ocean freight, import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and final delivery are not included.
 

Local Project in Indonesia are quoted in IDR on FOB Jepara, including packing and loading. Pricing excludes trucking from Java to Bali @ Rp5.000.000 per 16cbm truck.

 

Production Time:

Standard production time is approximately 8-10 weeks from receipt of the down payment. Lead times may vary depending on the order size, level of customization, number of different products, material availability, and production season.

• 20ft container: 8 -10 weeks 

• 40ft container:  10 -12 weeks

• Larger Orders: 3 - 4 months 

 

Materials:

Our teak furniture is made using legally sourced, kiln-dried wood. Grade A teak, SVLK-certified wood, and FSC-compliant materials are available depending on the product and project requirements.

Quality Control:

Products are inspected during production and before loading. Progress photographs and final product images can be provided for review before shipment. Factory visits for inspection are welcomed.

 

Packing:

Our standard FOB pricing includes single-face corrugated cardboard packing. More extensive or specialized export packing is available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Inland Freight:
Our local Indonesian Inland Freight is always handled by One Line Solutions, streamlining documentation between our office and your import requirements.

Ocean Freight:
Ocean Freight can be organized and handled by our partner, Emons Sea Freight, unless otherwise instructed. Ocean Freight rates delivered to your door can be provided upon request.​​
